La cerveza China
Cuando volábamos sobre Mongolia rumbo a Shanghai, una azafata china se me acercó y me dijo, ¿quieres algo de beber?. Le dije: Una cerveza. Entonces ella me preguntó si la prefería alemana o china. Y yo dije...pues vamos a ver como es la cerveza china.
Cuando vi la lata de "Tsingtao beer", dije: Buah, seguro que es una pseudocerveza que han aprendido a hacer hace poco estos chinos. Craso error.
Los chinos llevan fabricando la cerveza Tsingtao desde 1903, y es una de las cervezas más vendidas del mundo. Además el sabor es muy bueno. Es una cerveza suave que entra muy bien. Así que ya sabeis si quereis probarla, en China la venden en formato "litrona" de 66 cl, y la verdad es que es muy barata. Aquí no estoy seguro de cuanto cuesta. Os mando una foto de como la tsingtao ayuda a los españoles que estamos en China ha integrarnos en el país ... Esta es la foto de la despedida después de un mes de estudio de Chino en la Universidad de Lenguas de Pekin.

Sabéis? en realidad esta cerveza tiene nombre chino porque lleva el nombre de la ciudad donde se fabrica, pero china china...no es: en realidad fueron unos alemanes los que a principios de siglo decidieron montar la fábrica allí; eso sí, su peculiar sabor lo tiene gracias a las aguas de esa zona.
Si queréis probarla, en las tiendas de alimentación china las podéis encontrar por unos 60 céntimos.

Pues la cerveza no está nada mal, aunque prefiero mi Voll Damm. En Julio del 2007 estuve en China de vacaciones y es la cerveza que venden en todos los chiringuitos. En los hoteles es la que había. En la calle era muy barata aunque a veces te daban alguna lata chafada. En fin, espero volver a Shangai a emborracharme en una de sus inmensas Discotecas :D. Saludos
